Killer ab move

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 12696)

This is one simple crunch that will leave you groaning.

*Extend right leg straight in front and keep it about 2 inches off the ground, left leg is extended straight in the air and crunch up.

I do a set of eight, hold and pulse, set of eight hold and pulse, etc util our abs are burning!
