Sweet sweat

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12703)

I like to really push my class with simple, but hard moves.

Combo #1

*Power squats are 4 counts, legs out for 2 (quick squat down) legs in for two quick hops. I take the combo down to 4 of each, then down to 2. Then if they aren't dying I take it back to the top and do 8, 4, 2 again.

Combo #2

Get out those step benches at the end of class and make them whine!

Bench vertical

March or jog on the floor and go to the other side of the bench while speedbagging. At the top of the 32 start the whole thing over but on the left side.

*Then go back to the right side, but instead of doing single knees and single front kicks do repeater knees and repeater front kicks. Add on a fourth knee or kick with the opposite leg instead of tapping down on the floor. I do not recommend repeater side kicks my class can't do them while staying in any great form. *Repeat on the other side

For a final killer you can do a repeater combo with one knee, one front kick, and one side kick and then tap down. I do 3 sets of 32 counts and then go to the opposite side and repeat.
