Block #1
- (1-8) Football alternating
- (9-16) Double grapevine to the right*
- (17-24)4 Front kick forward (right,left,right,left)
- (25-32 Double knees alternated (2 right, 2 left)
Started with the left foot. Change your front kick for side
kick backward.
Block #2
- (1-8) Double step touch + mambo with the left leg
- (9-16) 4 Twist alternating (right,left,righ,left)**
- (17-24)2 Lunges alternating, double lunge
(right,left,right,right)
- (25-32)2 Lunges alternating, double lunge
(left,right,left,left)
Started with the left foot.
Block #3
- (1-8) Jogging forward to right corner, 2 pony alternating
(right,left)
- (9-16) 2 Tic toc slow + 4 tic-toc faster
- (17-24) Jogging backward (come back center), 2 pony
alternating (left,right)
- (25-32) 2 Tic-toc slow + 4 tic-toc faster
Started with the left foot to the left corner.
Block #4
- (1-8) Grapevine diagonal (right,left)
- (9-24) 4 V-step right***
- (25-32) Jack, jack ,power jack
Started with the left foot.
* You can turn on the second grapevine facing the back wall,
and start your front kick in that direction.
** You can turn 36o degrees on your twist
*** You can turn 360 degrees with your V-step
