Nanc's Elbow combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12712)

It's as simple as this:

Cross punch right-left, forward elbow right, back elbow right, step and round kick right, jump kick right. The four upper body moves are each one count, so they're quick. The round and jump kicks are 2 counts each (a step before each). And if the participants want a modification to the high impact jump kick, have them do a front snap kick. Then, you just start it over again with the right cross punch. When I say cross punch, we just punch diagonally (many of you call it a cross). And those elbow strikes are quick and really work the shoulders, upper back, and pecs.

You can change the kicks as you go along (or from the get-go) to whatever suits your class. Just make sure the second kick is with right leg, so it's comfortable to start with the right cross punch again. Otherwise, you can alternate the combination by starting it with the left cross punch. This may confuse some of your members though, so I'd stay right (too much going on!)
