Great bob & weave combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 12715)

This is a combo that can easily be added to.

Add ons:
Change 2 squats to a squat/knee then to a squat/side kick.
Change the jabs to uppers with the bob & weave (you can jab on the way up and do uppers on the way back).
