Movin' with weights

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 12725)

I think that is the correct type of pattern....

Using a light/medium set of weights (out of the way at first)

I did the floor work for the warm up and got the kinks out then we were ready to add the weights and arms ...lots of sweat!

I will put the floor work regular then the weight work in () to add later.

Not necessary to repeat combos separately: complete all combos 1-4 then repeat from beginning.
