- (25-32) Grapevine with 3 inner thighs
- (33-48) V-step x4 (1st one faces front, then turn each one
1/4 turn)
- (29-64) Charleston* x4
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Double side step
- (5-12) Knee lift x4 (right, left, right, left)
- (13-16) Double knee crossover (right)
- (17-32) Repeat last 3 lines to the left
- (33-44) Hamstring curl x6 (U shape)
