Killer Arms

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 13331)

At the wall you are going to do push ups or push out and flutter kicks. We do ours in intervals with a set of 4 for 15 seconds each. What you do is at the wall you are holding on to the side and pressing yourself up not letting your feet touch the bottom and keeping your arms straight, then bend them to a box. If that is too hard for some they can do a push out, which is like a push up feet stay on the bottom and press yourself back again don't let the arms go futher then a box. Do these for 15 seconds then move straight to flutter kicks. Then repeat 4 times.

My class just loves to complain about these but it is their favorites
