Stability Ball Fun

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 13333)

Roll out on ball as far as is comfortable--do sets of pushups keeping your butt slightly in the air to protect the lower back. After that set is completed bring elbows to the floor - point toe of one leg and do small leg lifts. Repeat on other leg. Continue with push-ups and then repeat the leg lift routine. Great for abs as you must tighten them to keep your balance on the ball.
