An easy workout for the beginning of your classes
This is a
Warmup pattern from

This work-out is thoroughly enjoyed by my classes. They all think this is a very good one. It keeps the weight off!
- Warm up by jogging and normal stretches.
- Then do 15 side plunges.
- Now do three kicks forward with left leg then with the right leg
- Now do 5 star jumps
- Now do three kicks back with left leg then with the right leg
- Do this 4 times then do the box five times.
- Cool down by laying on the floor and stretching your arms to the feet. Also put your hands
above your head.
This is a very easy workout so I would do some more as well
Just be careful with the side plunges
