This is a very simple, but very energetic combo. I tell my class to focus, make every move perfect, hit hard, and make some noise. It's really good for letting frustrations out.
Start out slow:
You will start facing the front and face each wall of the room. I usually do two circles before I switch sides.
Let them get the feel of it, then put some muscle behind it. If I don't have any beginners I change it to jab, jab, cross, cross, knee, roundhouse. It's still 8 counts, but more arms and more sweat!
