Hamstring Curls/Ball

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13357)

Hey Guys,
First of all thanks for all the awesome Ideas! Hope this adds to your list!

Using a 55 cm ball, lay down on the mat, arms in a T position, push shoulder blades into the floor and butt in the air (regular bridge but the calf and heels are on the ball) keeping your knees soft dig your heels into the ball and curl in. I do three sets of single (12 counts) in for two and out for two (10 counts) and in for three and out for one (8 counts)! They will not like you very much, but the results are outstanding. This works much better than dead lifts, not so much strain on the back!
