Dolphin Dives
This is a
Ball pattern from

(pattern 13361)
- Lay prone on the ball
- Hands under shoulders, shoulder width apart
- Dive forward with ball and body, so your elbows line up under body
- When you push off the floor exhale
- Focus on challenging both sides of the body
- Equally participants will usually favour one side
- As they get better at these put less of your body on the ball.
