Pam's hi-lo routine #1

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 13362)

This is one of my routines that I do in my combination hi-lo with intervals of weights. I like the kickbox theme because it really gets their heart rates up. I try to keep my classes less dancey and more athletic.
