Changing Kicks

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13364)

Begin left side forward

Do each line 4 times before changing. Then quickswitch, start from the top adding on and changing, working the other side

After working both sides seperately, you can make it self-reversing by leaving the front kick out in front and switching sides each 8 count. Have fun!
