Lets go Ballistic

Hi All, just love the ball classes, what a workout thought it was time I added one of my own.
- Mambo chachacha to the corners - push ball to the ceiling and back
- Wide knees - bring ball from overhead to knee
- Heels - press down center, concentrate on the shoulders doing the work
- Low kick and cross over the other leg (4 count move) - push ball out and cross over with the direction of the leg
- Step behind (a step touch with the toe coming behind) - ball is overhead and if you are stepping
right you swing the ball from overhead to just past your right hip)
- Hustle with the ball to ceiling and down...then add
- V-step with a stirring move...then add
- Jacks back with bouncing the ball
- Knees front - ball straight above head and use a tick tock motion
- Shuffle - hold the ball then add...
- Shoot the basket (go low to up high with the ball on your toes)
- Hams - nike swoosh
- Kick - ball overhead to toe
