Band Walk

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 13387)

Using a resistance band,wrap under both feet while holding both ends. Feet should be shoulder width apart.Step touch side to side.Take the step touch forward and back. Step touch 8 counts to the right and then 8 counts to the left. Break it down to 4, 2 and single counts.

This is a great glut burner!
