Step pattern from

(pattern 13391)
Step is horizontal. All patterns are 32-count and self-reversing.
I.
- 2 Ham curls on top of the bench (4)
- 2 Ham curls on the floor (4)
- 2 Mambos (8)
- 2 V-steps (8)
- Glute repeater (8)
II.
- T-step (8)
- Turn straddle exit to the front of the bench...so after you straddle go over the top (8)
- Rocking horse (8)
- March up (4)
- March back (4)
III.
- 2 Grapevines over the bench (or just over the top) (8)
- 2 Knee repeater/walk around the back of the short end (8)
- Side lunges (8)
- L-step (8)
IV.
- 2 Basics moving down (8) ...I usually run these down
- 2 A-steps (8)
- Shuffle side to side (8)
- Knee repeater (8)
V.
- Knee exit to short end or 1/2 L-step (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Tap repeater (8)
- Across top (4)
- Squat (4)
- Reverse knee hop into a straddle (4)
- Reverse knee hop back to the front of the bench (4)
I teach intermediate/advanced step and my classes love this routine. I love it because it is so
basic but you can add simple modifications to bring it to a higher level. Enjoy!!
