Lance's Winning Climb-Luz-Ardiden

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 13394)

Today in honor of Lance's victory I recreated the profile of his ride on the Tour.

I used 30 minutes to complete the ride, you can add a warm up or add to the time to meet your class time requirements.

The profile calls for smaller more numberous hills in the first 50 miles and 3 big climbs in the second 50 miles (or 15 minutes per 50 miles)

The first 15 minutes is smaller hills seated at 40% or standing at 50/60% each hill is 3 minutes including rest. So 45 seconds up 45 seconds down.

Then the last 15 minutes you climb 3 big hills.

4 minutes climb, 1 minute downhill - 3 sets
