Band, that hurts!!!
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Ok this is good for the slightly "mature" and out of shape people, because there is not much movement involved.
- First get a "O" band of your choice resistance.
- Then step into it so it is around your ankles
- Then kick the right leg out to the side for 4 sets of whatever count of 8 you like.
- When the last one is done feet hip width apart and squat for 32
- Then take that same right leg and kick it to the back for the same 4 sets of 8 counts of your choosing.
- When the last one is completed back to the squats for 32 and on to the other side and repeat the entire thing.
They will cry!!! Make sure that they keep in good form abs in, back straight and proper squat
