- (1-16) Step touch (add some arms if you like!)
- (17-32) Step and double knee lift, 2 single curls x2
- (1-16) Side lunges x8
- (17-32) Grapevine x3 and mambo
- (1-16) 3 Walks forwards and knee lift, 3 walks backwards and knee lift x2
- (17-32) Repeat last line walking to left diagonal
Repeat from the beginning on the other side
