Senior Fun
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 13397)
Hi,
This pattern was written for my senior aerobics class, but it works well for any Hi/Lo group. Just
use higher BPM for a younger crowd. I always go over each part of the routine one step at a time,
repeating the moves until everyone (or almost everyone) has it. I find using the "add-on" theory of
teaching works best for seniors. Have fun teaching (I always do) and thank you for all the great
ideas you have given me!
