Shuffle all the way to the end of room line up 2 deep and sprint down to one end and do 10 push-ups and sprint back, partner's turn

ABS- most men do not use correct form when doing abdominal work, so most of my time during this section is spent on positively correcting poor form and lots of verbal cues. When they do their abdominal work correctly they are so sore and they love it!!

COOL-DOWN - I make my guys STAY for the stretching!! Their flexibility is very poor for the most part. I try to incorporate a little bit of Yoga, and get them to relax and breathe!!
