Legs Only

Hello everybody,
This is my first time writting something for turnstep. I have gotten so many good ideas for all my classes in the past so it is time I gave something back. A year ago I developed an Aquatic Exercise class called H.E.A.T (Hydro Extreme Athletic Training)and there is a segment af the class where I have the class do nothing but legs. Here it goes.

Have students put their hands in back of their head. Now using only the leg movement:

The bending and twisting is for abdominal work.
This can be made for strength or endurance

For strength: attach ankle weights, water boots, or wings to ankles for extra resistance and do each drill back to back 1 minute 3 times.

For endurance: this can be performed by doing a pyramid set:

No rest in between sets or drills this will test your students endurance and will give their legs a huge burn especially if the pace is fast.

I hope this can be of help to anybody looking for something new to add to their class.
