Time for a change

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13405)

Option 1 = funky ham repeater, I make it a rocking horse, then go over the bench with the ham, do fast feet for the knee, and back over with the other ham.

Option 2 = 4 squats over the bench short way, I just squat over (12), squat over (34), squat over (56), squat over (78), finishing ready to push up into the repeater. The last quat over goes directly into the repeater, facing the same direction, there is no tap, because there is no time to tap

Option 3 = hop on pop, this starts as power knees corner to corner, then I add in the George of the jungle knees, using a ploy push from the bottom and landing more to the side of the bench than behind it, but NOT DOING AN L-STEP, then I change it to a knee hop to the bench and another hop, so it is knee hop on 1, and another hop on 2...hop on pop...but keeping it knees corner to corner, just adding more and more power...
