50's and 60's aqua moves part 2

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13407)

Other moves I use with 50's and 60's music:

Pattern #4

Pattern #5

This is a great alternative to the rocking horse. But, my class calls this pattern a "Thinking Day" pattern because it seems complicated. Try it out while reading it and you'll see it works easily. I cue opposite instead of right/left for simplicity.

Pattern #6

gets heart rate up, Up, UP

1/4 turn and repeat on all 4 sides of the pool

*A 1/2 pull down is like a step knee with arms overhead doing a lat pull down; repeater is doing the same leg for 4 then switching to the other leg for 4

**A full pull down is a frog jump (heels come together) with both arms overhead doing a lat pull down
