Leg Killers

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13410)

Starting in a lunge position, right leg is back.

Pulse 2x (2 counts), front kick (1 count), set right leg back down into a lunge (1 count)

I usually use music that is no faster than 135 BPM for this move.

After we do about 8 reps, I have them hold that lunge and pulse for 8, then I have them change to a half time lunge (still on the same leg) for 4 counts, THEN I make them lunge down (right leg is still in back), and when they come up, raise that right knee up into a knee lift, and set it back down into a lunge.

This will KILL their legs!!
