Not Your Brother's Boot Camp!

My partner and I team-teach a 75 minute, high intensity "Boot Camp" type class, and are constantly changing the routine and format to keep things fresh. This is one of my favorites. Note: Anyone who takes our class must be able to do full military push-ups, military-style calisthenics and high impact moves. Not for wimps!

Warm-up (your choice) 7-8 minutes. Music is 145-151 BPM throughtout class, except for cool-down and stretch.

2 minutes each of the following, no breaks:

Cool-down and stretch. Big surprise...we usually run over our alloted time, but since ours is the last class of the evening, nobody seems to care. Class is loose and fun. Thanks to Donna for being my muse. "Take a deep breath in. Reach! Reach!..."
