Cardio Interval

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 13239)

I put together this 40-45 minute class and they were so tired but loved it. Feel free to email with questions. Make sure to give about a minute marching break between sections. High intensity but can modify for moderate level participants.

Warm-up (march or jog in place for 3-5 minutes)

Each interval is 1 minute broken into 4 sections (24 minutes).

5 minutes of pilates moves
