Pilates plank/pushup variations

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13241)

There are no "counts" to these movement sequences. Ignore your music and just move slowly, yet fluidly.

Options for this one: You can choose to ignore the breathing so that you can move more slowly or more quickly. You can do more than one push up. You can hold each position for more than one breath

Repeat on other side

Repeat on the other leg

An option for this one: Instead of pulsing the heels up, walk your toes out/out/in/in, keeping "the hips level & abs tight" (as usual!)
