This is a Step pattern from (pattern 13253)

This class is tough. I got some ideas from the website. I do this class the first Saturday of every month. Everyone loves it, but it is not easy.

Equipment needed: steps and body bars

The format of the class is this: You perform all 10 exercises/skills in a row. Starting with 50 repetitions of all 10, then 40, then 30, then 20, then 10. You get the idea. These are the skills/exercises I use...

This takes approximately an hour or a little over. The idea is quick transitions and not a lot of breaks. Email with questions if you have any.
