This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13256)

Hey all!! I have borrowed so many of your great combos, I feel it is time for me to give back to the aerobics community--hope you like it!!

Use your usual step aerobic warm-up, followed by these 64-COUNT, SELF-REVERSING patterns.

Repeat left lead

Repeat left lead

Combo #3

* Power hop is just a leap+hold on top (1,2) and a walk down (3,4). Be sure entire foot is on the bench--the hop could be risky.

** A full T-step in my lingo is the same as a travelling L-step.

*** Leap hop is just a step up right, hop left onto bench and right off the back. Arms go up overhead like a starburst.

**** I-Step is up-jack down-jack

***** Step up right, knee lift left (1,2) sidestep left, pony on top (3&4) sidestep right, knee lift left, still on top (5,6) exit left right (7,8). Ready to switch leads from here.
