This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 13262)

This is a simple yet effective combination that works well just learn it then move it!

Warm up

Repeat all on left

Main routine

Repeat all on the left

This is good and the faster you go the better!!!

I tend to teach each section then add a jog with arms in between each bit then when all bits of routine learnt we put it all together without the jog in the middle by the end they are exhausted!
