Hams and Abs for evening crabs

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13270)

Lay on your back on a mat with heels on the ball, arms are out to the sides
Do a pelvic lift and lower x 8
Press your heels into the ball while keeping the buttocks off of the floor and roll the ball in towards your rear 2 counts and back out 2 counts x8

(Repeat this 3 times and your class will beg for mercy)

Have your class sit on a ball facing the wall
Next have them balance on the ball laying back with their feet on the wall at a 90 degree angle. Make sure that they have the low back on the ball and the upper body off if it.

Now add crunches...single x 8
double x 8
up one down 3 x 8
oblique crunches 16 each side (do not alternate)
Make a circle one way (i.e. right side up left side down) x 8 per side
Make sure they keep their elbows behind their ears and they will BEG you for class to be over.
