SAN BLAS - awesome

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 13293)

I always work individually, so whenever I have new students they do the same workout but at a lower level, sitting down everytime they need. I work much on sensations and how they feel. The same occurs for well fitted students that won't do recovery and would get their highest level on intervals. Good Luck!
