Pyramid Climbing

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13300)

Resistance so that they can maintain through out climb, this pyramid will last at least 8 minutes.

Each interval increase the work load 15 seconds but keep the sprint 15 seconds only and recover 15 seconds.

Increase to the end of the song this takes it up to a 1 minute per body position excluding sprint.
