Horizontal step, 32 counts, self-reversing, tapless. I used the first three combos at our Summer Challenge class. This class consists of a mixed group of exercisers, so we try to keep things in the intermediate range. These combos went over very well!
Repeat left or go to combo 2.
Repeat left or go to combo 3.
Repeat left or go to combo 4.

Repeat left or go to combo 1.
Look up pattern #12888 for foot movements for the following moves: V-Swoop, Walk-away Joe and Turnstep Freeze (called a Turnstep Pause in pattern 12888 - I like Freeze better!).
*Sumo Walk: With the right side to the step go into a squat position with right foot on the step and left foot on the floor. Walk forward right/left/right/left at half tempo. Think about how Sumo wrestlers look when they walk toward each other and you will get the picture! Lift out of the squat on count 8 pulling the right foot off the step slightly so you are ready to go into the L.
**Jazzy L variation: (1) step right at left end, (2) lift left knee, (3) left foot to floor at narrow end, (4) hop on left foot as right knee lifts, (5) right foot crosses over left, (6) left foot steps back, (7,8) cha cha cha right/left/right moving home.
