Ab/Push-up Ladder

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 13314)

Hi All!
I teach a strength and tone class and my class really got a challenge out of this pattern: (I call it a "Ladder")

The goal is to continue this pattern until you get to 10 consecutive push-ups and 10 consecutive crunches, although not everyone will make it through the whole 10.
