Easy Combos from T.O.
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Thanks for the inspiration this site provides. Hope you enjoy these few combos.
Combo #1 (lead leg does not change)
Right leg
- Walk forward 1,2,3 knee lift (1-4) -clap hands above head on knee lift
- Walk back 1,2,3 knee lift (5-8)
- 2x V-steps (9-16)
- Grapevine (right,left,right,left) in a box shape (17-32)
Combo #2 (still on right leg)
- Step right and do repeater 4 knees (left leg) (1-8)
- 4x Single hamstring curls (9-16)
- 4X Pony moving forward (17-24)
- 4x Step touch moving back (25-32)
(should be on left leg now)
Combo #3 (lead leg does not change)
- 4x Pumping squat (1-16) (it's a wide squat -- step out with left leg and pump down (1-4) then
hop through center and pump down (5-8) other side, repeat)
- And finally, run double-time (17-32).
Start from beginning with left lead.
