SLOW ride!!!
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 12876)
Here is a great ab that I have had success with...
Basically a standard bicycle move with variation
(Lying on your back, legs extended in the air (but not
locked)-the higher they are, the easier it is, the move is
harder with legs lower, lower back is flat against the
ground-pelvis tucked under)
- 1) Slowly bring the right knee into the chest, bringing the
opposing shoulder towards the knee, HOLD FOR A COUNT OF 4
- 2) Come to the center, legs at 90 degrees, upper body
lifted to center, HOLD FOR A COUNT OF 4
- 3) Reverse it bringing the left knee in and raising the
right shoulder HOLD FOR A COUNT OF 4 then back to center
for 4
- 4) Repeat 1,2,3 for 4 sets, then reduce the HOLD FOR 2
COUNTS, doing 4 sets of these, reduce again to HOLD FOR
SINGLE COUNTS, doing as many sets as possible
Beginners may need to rest and jump back in, they will
definitely feel these later!
Be sure to cue elbows wide, and a fist's distance between
the chin and chest
