SLOW ride!!!

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 12876)

Here is a great ab that I have had success with...

Basically a standard bicycle move with variation

(Lying on your back, legs extended in the air (but not locked)-the higher they are, the easier it is, the move is harder with legs lower, lower back is flat against the ground-pelvis tucked under)

Beginners may need to rest and jump back in, they will definitely feel these later!

Be sure to cue elbows wide, and a fist's distance between the chin and chest
