Man, I Feel Like A Woman by Shania Twain

The idea I use is to continue the movement for the whole phrase until I write a new movement. So at the beginning of the song, start with cheerleader splits until Shania sings "I'm going out tonight" then start doing jumping jacks until she sings "No inhibitions" then do twist. I think most of the movements are common except burst which is: spring up and make an X out of your body. Kick your legs in a V split and fling your hands over your head. Also hard jacks which are: your legs are doing the regular jumping jack movement except when your feet are together your knees are bent. This gives a bigger spring when you jump and put your legs in a V split. Your arms are punching to the sides in and out instead of doing the regular jumping jack scissors.
