This one is a killer, abs will be totally burning
Supine on a mat hands behind head (place hands under butt if needed for back support)
Bring kness into chest like a regular crunch 3x8
Next bring knees into chest like crunch
Then extend legs striaght out over floor
While legs are extended out open and close them
Then return back to crunch and start over
1 set is a 4 count:
crunch in 1
extend out 2 that's your count
open 3
close 4
This one is easy and right to the point your class will love to hate them.
