- 2 Basics at an angle plus bicep arms (8)
- 4 Over the top plus overhead arms (16)
- 1 Basic at an angle plus bicep arms (4)
- 1 Reverse turn plus bicep arms (4)
Now you are set up to repeat the pattern with the
other lead
- 2 Basics at an angle plus bicep arms (8)
- 4 Scissor backs (like over the top...except the non-lead
leg flips behind to the other side) plus overhead arms (16)
- 1 Basic at an angle plus bicep arms (4)
- 1 Reverse turn plus bicep arms (4)
Now you are set up to repeat the pattern with the
other lead
- 2 Basics at an angle plus bicep arms (8)
- Squats over the top and back (16)
- 1 Basic at an angle plus bicep arms (4)
- 1 Reverse turn (4)
Now you are set up to repeat the pattern with the
other lead
Corner to Corner
- Taps repeater plus tricep arms (3 corner taps each
side) (16)
- Knees repeater plus tricep arms (16)
- Outer thigh repeater plus outward arms (16)
- Inner thigh repeater plus windmill arms (16)
- Ham curl repeater (16)
- 4 Running basics with arms pumping (16)
- 2 V-step forward and back (16) (The back V is on the floor)
- 3 Alternating center knees (12)
- 1 Basic (4)
Repeat on the other lead
- 2 V-steps with overhead arms (8)
- 2 Turns with overhead arms (8)
- Ham curls at corner with bicep arms (8)
- Repeater ham curl with bicep arms (8)
Repeat on other lead
- Rock for 8 (4 taps on step, 4 taps on floor) (8)
- 2 Funkie curve walks (tap step,tap behind step, tap step,
tap floor)(16)
- 1 Knee (4)
- 1 Scissor back (4)
Repeat pattern from back side of step which takes care of
the other lead.
The numbers in ( ) are the counts of each pattern. Each
section is 32 counts. Each pattern is to be repeated on the
other lead before moving on.
