Kicks to kick you butt

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 12883)

This pattern I use really gets the class going, although we can't figure out what makes it so hard. I use a pretty fast tempo (135 bpm), so by the time we get through this twice, and add it between other patterns throughout the class, everyone is sweating.

Step is horizontal.

Now go through the pattern again facing the back of the room, and the repeater knee takes you around the left end again, this time the jumping jacks take you facing the bench north again.

Then, to change it the second time through, I have them start with a right kick first.
