Have your class choose a weight according to how "in shape"
their abs are...
- Put the small of your back onto the ball and lay back
- Holding the weight in both of your hands, extend your
arms all the way above your head
- Crunch up bringing the weight into your chest
- You can also cruch up with arms fully extended
Have fun!!! When I started doing this, I noticed some great
results!! I wouldn't have as good of a class as I do if it
hadn't been for this website!! Thanks everyone!!
