Boot Camp Drill

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 12912)

This is a drill I used in my Boot Camp class that worked your core to the MAX!!!!!!!!!!! A friend of mine gave me the idea.

Remember the seal walk from P.E. classes? Do the seal walk but put your toes on paper plates and drag your legs. You are walking on your hands as your legs drag behind. Your upper body is challenged along with your core. The members said how sore their abs got from this and loved it!!!!!!!!!
