Legs, Bums and Tums

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12921)

Hiya all.

This comes between the warm up and floor work in my L,B,T class. It gets the heart rate up a bit.

There are 4 sections. I concentrate on each section at a time and gradually condense it into a shorter combo.

Part 1

I repeat this 3 more times

Part 2

Really bend those knees and stay low when doing these - you'll feel it in those quads!

I repeat this 3 more times

Part 3

I repeat this 3 more times

Part 4

I repeat this 3 more times travelling left, right, left

When the class knows all the parts I go through them all again repeating each part twice, then once, and finally cutting it in half so the final combo would look like this:
