Mirjamo's easy HI/LO

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 12929)

Block 4:

If you want to switch to left leg, then use the last 2 V-steps for the change. V-step right, V-step left. Otherwise, hold two V-steps with your right leg. If you want more jumps, you can change the 4 lunges into jacks, etc.
