Inner Thigh Burner

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 12933)

Start lying on back with feet shoulder-width apart, knees bent.

You use only your own body weight for this combination. You don't need anything else if you are moving slowly and squeezing! You can always add additional reps or sets as they progress.

I currently use this combination in my pilates class. They love it! They now ask to do it in all of my classes! Enjoy!
