Warm-Up:
- March (4) Step touch (4) (8)
- Grapevine x2 (8)
- March on bench and floor x2 (8)
- Ham curls (8)
Combo 1:
- 2 Basics (8)
- 2 V-steps (8)
- 2 Alternating knees corner to corner (8)
- Repeater knee (8)
Combo 2:
- Up, lunge 6x, down (16)
- 2 Straddles (16)
Combo 3:
- Knee corner to corner (8)
- Lateral raises x2 (8)
- Ham curls x2 (8)
- Kicks x2 (8)
Combo 4:
- Knee, lateral, ham (8)
- Kicks x2 (8)
- Turn x2 (8)
- Basic jog + 2 jacks (8)
I had a hard time finding patterns for true beginners. I have
a ton of advanced moves and will share, but for now, enjoy the
basics!
All moves are only on one side of step. I will continue to
build routines which slowly take the true beginner to the
intermediate level. Please look for more
"beginner step routines". I will number them to let you know
the progression.
